Text
As I have said before and in response to questions for written answer, due to our budget, we have a more limited service for all the Department's operational duties. That is continually under review, and I continually ask for additional funding to support the Department's work. It is fair to say that I am not satisfied. I do not think that anybody is satisfied. We always want to do more and achieve the highest standard. However, unfortunately, given the financial constraints, that is not always possible. I am sure that his colleague in the Health Ministry would appreciate that and the challenge that that presents. As I have said, where there are particular issues that are leading to road safety concerns, I am happy for those to be sent in to the private office so that we can look at them.
