I recently met officials on that matter, and it is an area of work that I am interested in continuing. However, as with many Departments, we have limited resources and have to prioritise what programmes of work we can realistically bring forward in this mandate. I have asked my permanent secretary to bring forward a paper on the matter, including what the cost would be to bring the programme forward and, if I bring it forward, what impact that would have in other areas of work in the Department.
