Text

I think that it has been. The independent evaluation of phase 1 of the dormant assets grant programme has been ongoing since November 2023. An interim evaluation report was published in July 2024, and a second interim evaluation report was published in January 2025. The evaluations to date confirm the continuing success of the grant programme in strengthening third-sector organisations. Many reported outcomes and impacts are directly attributed to the grant funding. Grant holders reported either that they would not have achieved the outcomes at all without the grant or that they would not have achieved the same quality, pace and scale. That highlights to me the fact that the funding programme has been successful.
