Text

I offer my best wishes to those residents. Nobody likes to be in that situation, whether it be a security incident or whatever it may be. I cannot imagine how stressful and anxious a time that must be, especially if it has happened on a number of occasions to those residents. As I said, that second access must be delivered by the developer prior to the commencement of any development in excess of the 66 dwellings in that portion of the site. The developer has reached the trigger, but work has temporarily stopped on the site. There are details of that situation that I cannot speak about in the House, as the Member may be aware. I will say, however, that officials are working to ensure that we get to that point.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.05 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
