Text
Any amount of raw sewage going into Belfast lough is totally unacceptable, but everyone agrees that the waste water treatment works that discharge into Belfast lough require considerable investment to bring them up to the compliance standards that are coming down the line. Has the Minister a strategy to find the investment needed to bring those treatment works up to standard?
