Text

Mr Durkan asked the Minister for Infrastructure, although all Members — he hopes — share the Minister's disappointment and frustration at today's judgement on the A5 but note that it pales in comparison with the devastation felt by the many families who have lost loved ones along that route and have led the campaign for change — Members' thoughts are with them today — whether she will advise the Assembly of her immediate response to the decision, what implications it has for the future of the Executive flagship project and how her Department intends to address the concerns raised by the court.
