Text

NISRA is ideally placed to assist the Department for the Economy, and other Departments, in collecting and understanding data in a timely fashion. That will ensure that our policies and procedures are targeted in a timely fashion to respond to such data. Although we have, in a way, relied on ONS and others for that data, it is only right and proper that NISRA and the Department for the Economy work together, which has been happening, so that we have a more timely response. That will allow the Department for the Economy to get the facts and figures, and it will allow the rest of the Executive to understand how we should respond.

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.02 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).

  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
