Text

I do not think that any of us is under any illusions: the Executive are working within incredibly tight financial constraints. Our communities and public services feel that pressure every day, but that does not mean that we should sit back and do nothing; if anything, it makes the need for joined-up, collective action even more urgent. The Programme for Government gives us a clear plan to deliver real change. We all have a part to play in that: all Departments, all Ministers and, most importantly, the people on the ground who know where the gaps are and how we can best close them.

Assessment

Not qualifying

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not qualifying”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.03 (qualifying needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not qualifying).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-qualifying threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
