Mr Irwin asked the Minister for the Economy to outline her Department's assessment of the impact that the sustained pressure on farm businesses could have on Northern Ireland's broader economic growth, particularly in light of the Labour Government's proposed inheritance tax and the rising cost burden of higher employers' National Insurance rates.
