Text

The Member alludes to a slight variation; £400 million to £500 million is not, in my estimation, a slight variation. It is not a slight variation in the view of the trusts, the Department of Health or, I imagine, the Department of Finance. Those are not slight variations; they are major variations. The trusts made an unprecedented £200 million of savings last year. The Member seems to dispute that. If she cares to write to me with the details, I will certainly look into it.

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.85).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
