Text

You have generally answered the point that I was going to make. I welcome the extra posts, but will you ensure that they are fairly allocated across our hospital sites, particularly the medical posts? I have found that a lot of the training posts are Belfast-centric, and when young ones go to train in Belfast, they set up home there and do not necessarily come back to the north-west. If there is a fair allocation of those posts across the hospital sites from the start, we can ensure that we retain and build upon the skills and the teams that we have in the north-west, particularly at Altnagelvin hospital.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.04 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.94).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
