Text

I have made it clear what I am doing. I have pointed out the three things that we are doing specifically, which are working with Executive colleagues, undertaking the developer contributions consultation, which is out at the minute, and introducing legislation. Those three things are very clear. I am, however, glad that the SDLP has now made it clear that it does not want water charges. The SDLP has also not provided an alternative, but I look forward to hearing it.

  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
