Text
We will do that next week at the Balmoral show. Dairy is not scary for me; it is healthy and nutritious, and I enjoy it as part of my daily diet. The Balmoral show will be a great opportunity to showcase the excellent quality food that we have in Northern Ireland, not just to people from Northern Ireland but on a wider platform. It is important that we do that. We should be proud of those standards. I will say that I have written to the UK Government about my concerns about any potential trade deal with the United States of America. We should not undercut our farmers in the UK. We have good-quality food: we want to be able to protect the industry and sell that food to a wider market.
