Text
As the chair of the all-party group (APG) on voluntary and community sector, I welcome the First Minister's recognition of the sector's value. As we move to public-sector transformation pieces, will there be an attempt to quantify some of the return on investment from some of our voluntary and community sector organisations? For example, Extern and NIACRO recently gave the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) specific examples of how a small amount of funding to them has significant value in reducing adult reoffending.
