Text

At a recent Question Time, I asked the First Minister, when it comes to safeguarding women and young girls, whether she agreed with me and the vast majority of women, who believe that biological men should not be in women's safe spaces, particularly women's changing rooms. The First Minister did not answer me. In light of the Supreme Court ruling that, in terms of sex and gender, it is biological sex that defines a woman, I ask the First Minister this: will you still not answer the question? Is it yes, or is it no? What is your view on the Supreme Court ruling?
