The Minister will be aware that North Belfast has some of the most impoverished areas in Northern Ireland. In developing the programme for tackling educational underachievement, will any pilot projects work hand in hand and, in particular, work in partnership with parents to tackle the issues of poverty that lead to educational underachievement?
