Text
I thank the deputy First Minister for her answer. She will know that it is not just about capital for innocent victim groups like SEFF. SEFF does a vast amount of work in supporting innocent victims and helping them through the justice process, which can be arduous and difficult, particularly for innocent victims. However, does the deputy First Minister agree with me that access to justice is important for innocent victims, that the door must not be closed to them, that we must ensure that justice is not denied, and that the system does not become a two-tier system?
