Text
Deputy First Minister, I appreciate that you have secured agreement to a Programme for Government and a Budget. Those are the bare minimum that any Government should do. Most people who watch politics here have seen your party, probably with the acquiescence of your main partner in government, Sinn Féin, delivering nothing but inaction. You have turned politics here into one long Old Firm game.

Assessment
Not analysed
This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
