Text
I ask this for clarification because I do not sit on the Education Committee and am a bit unsure about the particular process. Were assurances given that, if Committee members decided to sit over the summer recess and were able complete all of the necessary work and hear from all of the people and organisations involved, the law would be implemented by the next academic year? If the process ran until December, would the Bill's provisions have the same start date after receiving Royal Assent?
