Text
I hear what the Minister is saying about business cases. However, in the Programme for Government, all Executive Ministers commit to addressing the shortfall in police numbers. There was an original commitment of 7,500, but the target is now 7,000. Regardless of what the business case says, what support will he give to the strong case that has been made by the Chief Constable, which is supported by evidence from across the water?
