Text
I did not hear the entire interview; I heard some of it. The Member will be aware that the Justice Minister has submitted a business case to my Department. For the record, that business case is not on my desk. It is being studied by departmental officials, as is the case for any business case that comes into the Department. At the appropriate time, it will be submitted to me. Once the business case has been appropriately analysed, I will engage with the Justice Minister on the way forward.
