Text
I encourage the Member to view the significant number of applications that are considered and processed; there is a substantial volume. The Education Committee knows that, having looked into this particular issue. These are all priority 1 cases. That is indicative of the financial pressures that the school estate is under. Countless reports indicate that there needs to be much more investment in our school estate. That is what I want to see achieved. Decisions are delegated at appropriate levels in the Department and the Education Authority. The proper processes are followed to reach those decisions.
