I thank the Minister for his answer. Inherent in the previous 'Priorities for Youth' document was the protection and enhancement of the role of those in the voluntary sector as the leaders in the delivery of youth work in our communities. I am not sure that the Education Authority actually delivered on that policy element of the previous document. Will the Minister assure us that the voluntary sector, which is delivering and is the most flexible in our communities in its ability to meet the needs of local children, will still get that prevalence and be able to deliver quality youth work?
