Thank you very much, Minister. Your previous answer feeds into what I was going to ask. That £150 million is not a small amount of money, but it is also not a very big amount of money. If we go through a full list of activities such as that, there is a risk that we may spread the money so thinly that it does not make any real difference in overall terms. Is there some cognisance of the need to try to find and support big projects that will deliver real change, bring jobs and investment and maximise the bang for our buck?
