Text
Absolutely; those presidents were Chester Arthur and William McKinley. I am keen to support celebrations that help to promote those links that exist between what is now Northern Ireland and the United States. I am keen to see those celebrations take place, because we should be very proud of the connections that we have and the fact that the spirit of those who left to go to the United States remains here today, and that is worth celebrating. I want to make sure that we continue to put that on the agenda of decision makers in the US, because it will have benefits for tourism and our economy. Those are the types of celebrations that I want to see. They can really stand out and show the US how the connections that we have can be beneficial on both sides of the Atlantic.
