Text
Yes, of course. We have been clear that we want to see Northern Ireland thrive, and that does not mean just Belfast and the greater Belfast area. We represent different constituencies across this place, and I know that we will always fight for the best deal for all of our constituencies. The Member is absolutely right. If we are to see the economic growth that we want across Northern Ireland, that must mean that every part of it — every town and every city — can thrive and do well. There are really exciting things happening in the north-west. We have been up several times in the last month or so, and, each time we have been up, we have seen such exciting businesses and organisations. We were at the AMP, I think it is called, where there was a lot of innovation and creativity happening. It is a really exciting time not just for Northern Ireland as a whole but for the north-west, and that was definitely the message that we got when we were up just last week.
