Text
Some of that approach to policing is undertaken by some very good neighbourhood policing teams. Among the frustrations fed back to me, and, I am sure, to you, by the community is that officer rotations happen all too frequently and, at times, when the trust that makes relationships possible has just been built. Is there anything that you can do to encourage consideration of how that works and whether greater stability can be brought to neighbourhood policing teams?
