Text
I thank the Minister for his answer. He will certainly recognise that that has been an Ulster Unionist commitment for many years. I am sure that the Minister will also agree that housing supply and increasing energy efficiency will contribute to the overall well-being of our citizens. Will the Minister therefore advise whether, if the Northern Ireland Housing Executive were to be given that ability tomorrow, how quickly it could move and what improvements renters would see in the short, medium and long term?
