Text
I thank the Minister for that very welcome news. Locally, there has been a lot of ill-informed and negative speculation that the current development plans were going to fail. Will the Minister offer some reassurance to the local population? In the past, people have been failed so many times at the last hurdle. Will the Minister give some level of reassurance that this development is on course to start?
