Text
In all the media announcements that I have made on the issue, I have made it clear that we will not ask people for any information, nor will we be sending out text messages. Instead, the winter fuel payment will be made automatically, and I hope that the Member will join me in making sure that our older people are made aware that we will not be contacting them via text message, and especially not to ask them for any information.
