Text
I thank the Minister for her answer. This is a long-running issue, and I have started to feel like Andy Dufresne writing to ask for more books for Shawshank library. Minister, I am unaware that it was ever the case that the upgrade of the roundabout was the entire responsibility of the developer. Yes, there was a responsibility on the developer to make a financial contribution. It is my understanding now that the developer is prepared to and has made an offer to pay for the works in their entirety and that that is awaiting sign-off from the Minister. Can the Minister assure us that she will deal with the issue in an urgent fashion?
