Text
I welcome the allocations for the important matter of public-sector transformation. I also welcome the fact that the transformation board secretariat will have a role in monitoring and reporting on progress. Is the Minister confident that these will not be just five-year projects but will result in genuine savings and efficiencies so that the transformations will be financially sustainable?
