Text
I welcome the announcement. I am really glad to see that the proposal for special educational needs has been included. The Minister of Education recently published his SEN reform agenda, which itself is a transformational programme, but the amount that has been allocated today is a fraction of what is needed for that. Minister, will you publish the full details of the original pitch or bid that was submitted to the transformation board, and provide an explanation of how the selected projects will deliver transformational change?
