Text

I thank the Member for giving way. I go back to his earlier remarks. On the prioritisation of Health and the state of the health service, we, as the Opposition, have always said that the Executive's priority needs to be to give Health not just a budget but a budget next to a clear plan to get waiting lists down. That is what the public care about. They do not so much care about the volume of money that goes to Health; they care about the outcome. When will the Health Minister produce a clearly communicable plan to the public for when waiting lists will come down? That would be really helpful.
