Text
I thank the Minister for giving way and for coming back to that matter so swiftly. The concern is that there is a quantum of £650 million. The black box provisions came down from £1 billion to £24 million through the sole authority of the Budget Act, and we are now saying that we are not quite accurate on the Vote on Account of 45%. I do not want to take the debate much further, Minister, but if we could get those figures in front of the Finance Committee, we could get stuck into them. That situation raises more than a few concerns.
