Text
I thank the Minister for that answer. Minister, given that there have been lots of conversations about transgender males going to female prisons, and given that none are housed in our prison system, is now the time to make a clear decision that, if you are a biological male, you stay in a prison for biological males and that, if you are a biological female, you stay in a female prison?

Assessment
Not analysed
This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
