Text
Operation Encompass does not particularly pertain to an adult's experience of someone driving past their home. It is not appropriate for me to comment on individual cases, but a person's repeatedly arriving at your place of work or your place of residence, their initiating contact with you that, you have made clear, you do not wish to receive or their behaving in a way that is fixated, obsessive or unwanted, where that behaviour is repetitive, is the very definition of stalking. I encourage your constituent to seek further legal advice on whether there are legal avenues that they can pursue to get a non-molestation order or a charge of stalking against the individual involved.
