Text
I thank the deputy First Minister for her answer. Given the lamentable track record of the Executive in the delivery of major projects — they take far too much time and cost far too much money, which is not just a recent phenomenon — does the deputy First Minister agree that doing nothing is not an option and that, if we do not change how we do things, we will not change how things are done?

This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
