Text
Ms Bunting asked the Minister of Health, having pointed out that she and the Minister attended an event yesterday in the Long Gallery that outlined that one in 10 people in Northern Ireland has haemochromatosis, not including those who carry the disease, and that, typically, symptoms start to appear when people are in their 40s and that early diagnosis could have an impact on the onset of chronic diseases and on costs that are related to treating those conditions once they materialise, what consideration he has given to rolling out early screening for the disease.
