Mr Brooks asked the Minister for the Economy, referring to East Belfast, which, like many areas of Northern Ireland, has seen a proliferation of Airbnb-style short-term lets that significantly negatively impact on the availability of family housing, whether her Department will make the Tourism NI review of short-term lets a priority and whether she intends to introduce legislation to help to halt that decimation of local communities.
