Thank you, Minister, for your answer. I understand that you experienced significant frustration in trying to get the plan approved. I am concerned about the environmental deterioration of the Mobuoy site and the pollution of the River Foyle in the absence of proper interventions. Are you confident that the plan will deliver the change that we need? What steps is your Department taking to ensure that you do not miss targets?
