Text

I have been to Lisneal College and have seen people playing football on the pitch that the EA statement says has not been used since 2019. I welcome the investment, but rather than fire barbs across the Chamber, surely the Minister can understand the queries, questions and concerns from schools that have leaking roofs and classrooms that are neither safe nor DE compliant, as to why a pitch is being prioritised over those pressing needs. The Minister quoted Orwell in his statement. Does he agree that all schools are equal and that none should be more equal than others?
