Text
As I mentioned in answer to one of the questions on skills, there are specific programmes for women in the skills programme. We have had many engagements with people who represent women in employment and other women's interest groups. People with disabilities, young people and women comprise a higher proportion of the economically inactive than in the general population. The programme is tailored to get economically inactive people out of that situation. Of course, childcare will be a critical part of that, as it will allow people the opportunity to go back into employment or skills and learning. Those programmes need to be tailored with those groups in mind. That is our intention.
