Text
On a point of order, Mr Deputy Speaker. Public trust in these institutions is something that all Members should strive to achieve. The Clerk of the Assembly has just provided all Members with a 40-page report on the employment practices of Sinn Féin and Mr Michael McMonagle. The report concludes that Mr McMonagle was employed for up to 80 hours per week at public cost, in clear breach of Assembly rules. Have you, Mr Deputy Speaker, been informed whether that report will come before the Assembly so that Members can have their say and ensure that public trust, truth and transparency are at the heart of the Assembly?
