Text

I thank the Minister for giving way. The Minister might recall that I was critical at the time that March was given as an end date for the roll-out of those payments, which were due to start in December. It is fair enough to say that nothing has been done to date, even though we have assurances that officials are working at pace. Bear in mind that the £100 payment, you assured us, was the quickest way to do things. If this is the quickest, I would hate to see the slowest.
