Text
I thank the Minister for his response. The overall reform of adult social care is essential to the transformation of the health service. I accept that it will take considerable time. Equally essential is taking measures to ensure the flow of patients in hospitals. What we are seeing currently is unacceptable. I appreciate that the Minister has outlined some of the things that he is doing. Can he give us some confidence that what is happening now will have an immediate consequence?
