Text
I am working my way through my entire departmental budget, both capital and resource, to see how we can divvy it up. The Member will be aware from hearing about them during Question Time of all the demands that are, understandably, on my Department. I am keen to ensure that our road infrastructure receives an uplift in its investment. It has suffered significantly over the past number of years through difficult budgetary periods. We are not out of that yet, but I have a better budget this year than I had in the previous year or the year before that, so I want to make best use of it.
