Text

Mrs Guy asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister, while being sure that they regard it as a privilege to hold the offices of First Minister and deputy First Minister, whether they agree that it was unacceptable that it took two years before they could take up the roles and, therefore, that we should take forward work to reform the institutions to ensure that no party can ever again deprive the people of Northern Ireland of government.
