Text
I thank the Member for giving way, and I am sorry to interrupt his, so far, very dramatic performance. It is wonderful to hear the Member talk about dual market access. Does he acknowledge that one of the greatest barriers to that has been the fact that these institutions have been down so much and that we do not have everyone in the Executive speaking with the same voice in ensuring that dual market access is a priority in the Programme for Government?
