Text
The British Chancellor announced the Executive's funding envelope for 2025-26 in the autumn Budget on 30 October. The settlement for future years will be announced in spring 2025. I am engaging with Executive colleagues on our approach to the 2025-26 Budget and have been working at pace to develop proposals. It is my intention, subject to Executive agreement, to publish a draft Budget early this month to allow time for a full public consultation to be held before a final Budget is agreed by the Executive prior to the start of the new financial year.
